Professor Gladys Chioma Nzeh attended University of Lagos, Nigeria for her undergraduate education and she obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is currently an employee of the University of Ilorin, Nigeria in the Faculty of Life Sciences, Department of Zoology. She was appointed a Professor of Zoology in 2012. Prof Nzeh has served the University of Ilorin in the following administrative capacities namely: Ag. Head of Department, Ag. Director of Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) and Chairman, University of Ilorin Zoological Garden. Her research area is Fisheries and Aquaculture. Currently, she focuses on investigating the effect of water quality on fish abundance and distribution in lakes; production of single cell protein and use in diets of cultured fish. Prof. Nzeh is a member of Fisheries Society of Fisheries British Isles (FSBI).
